Visu International Allotment of convertible warrants

Visu International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2006, allotted 40,00,000 convertible warrants equivalent to 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- in the share capital of the Company.
