Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to Issue and allotment of equity shares to Goldman Sach's Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd on conversion of 500 Zero Coupon FCCB of $ 1000/- each.
