Visesh Infotecnics forfeits 5900000 warrants

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has announced that the 5900000 warrants were allotted to Omkam Securities Pvt Ltd on October 03, 2006 and due for conversion into equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 42/- April 02, 2008. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2008 decided to forfeit the said warrants due to non receipt of the balance amount due on them.
