Priyadarshini Spinning allots 5 Lakh shares

Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2008 has allotted 5,00,000 (Five Lakhs only) equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 15/- each to the promoters / promoter group pursuant to conversion of warrants.
