S Kumars Nationwide allots 5300000 Equity Shares

S.Kumars Nationwide Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2008 have approved conversion of 53,00,000 Nos. of Equity Warrants "Series B" into Equity Shares and allotted 53,00,00 Nos. of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 72.50 paisa per share to the equity warrant holders of the promoter group Companies.

Ingenious Finance & Investment Pvt Ltd was allotted 26,50,000 No of Equity Shares and Verve Properties & Investment Pvt Ltd was allotted 26,50,000 No of Equity Shares.
