Ladderup Finance allots 40 Lakhs warrants

Ladderup Finance Ltd has announced that with reference to the Committee of Directors was formed by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 15, 2008 and had delegated the power to allot equity share warrants on preferential basis to the said Committee, this Committee in its meeting held on April 15, 2008 has allotted 40,00,000 (Forty Lacs) Equity Share Warrants a receipt of Rs 2/- (Rupees Two only) per share warrant, being 10% of price of Equity Shares aggregating to Rs 80,00,000 (Rupees Eighty Lacs only).
