Virinchi Limited announces expiry of 8 lakh equity warrants allotted to Non-Promoters

Virinchi Limited has announced that the 8,00,000 Convertible equity warrants allotted on 21st May, 2019 to Non-Promoters have expired on 20th November, 2020. They have expressed their intention of not converting the warrants into Equity Shares.

Shares of Virinchi Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.33.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20524 in over 144 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 35.4 and intraday low of 33.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 700384.
