Provogue India to consider preferential issue on Apr 11, 2008

Provogue India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 11, 2008, inter alia, to consider, the raising of funds through Preferential Allotment Route.

The stock was trading at Rs.1068.65, up by Rs.15.80 or 1.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1075 and low of Rs.1060.10.

The total traded quantity was 45 compared to 2 week average of 5336.
