Filatex Fashions to consider allotment of 20 Lakh shares, 30 Lakh warrants

Filatex Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2008 to consider the allotment of 20,00,000 equity shares and 30,00,000 warrants to the allotees. Necessary allotments were considered as per application and receipt of funds.
