Hazoor Multi to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2008, inter alia, to consider the allotment of equity shares to be allotted on conversion of equivalent number of share warrants issued to the warrant holders on Preferential issue basis.
