Ganesh Polytex allots 490000 shares

Ganesh Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008 has allotted 4,90,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 5/- per share to the Promoters of the Company, consequent upon the exercise of conversion option attached to 4,90,000 warrants earlier allotted to the said Promoters on preferential basis.
