BAG Films allots 54 Lakh Equity Shares

BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008 has allotted 54,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each, by conversion of 54,00,000 warrants, to Anu Films and Communications Pvt Ltd of New Delhi, at a price of Rs 13 per shares (including a premium of Rs 11 per shares). The In- Principal approval for the same was obtained from the Stock Exchanges, for the issuance of 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Warrants convertible into Equity Shares.
