Visu International to convert 30 Lakh warrants

Visu International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, has decided to convert 30,00,000 Share warrants into 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a Premium of Rs 7.50/- per share allotted to the Promoters.
