Aditya Ispat approves issue of 6 Lakh shares

Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has approved the Allotment of 6,00,000 (Six lacs) Equity Shares of the Company to the Promoter Group in terms of Conversion of Warrants issued to them on October 26, 2007.
