Educomp Solutions Board recommends 15% dividend

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 12, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @15% on the equity Share Capital of the Company i.e. Rs 1.50 per Equity Share for the financial year 2005-06 subject to the approval of shareholders at the Forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
