Rathi Graphic allots 3506800 warrants

Rathi Graphic Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008 has allotted 35,06,800 Convertible Warrants on preferential basis as per SEBI (Disclosure & Investors Protection) Guidelines, 2000, to the proposed allottees at the rate of Rs 30 Per Convertible Warrant to be converted into one equity share of Rs 10/- with a premium of Rs 20 Per share on conversion.

Out of the above, two allottees have made the payment in full for 6,62,800 Convertible Warrants / Equity Shares at the rate of Rs 30 Per Warrants / Equity Shares. Accordingly the Board of Directors has allotted to them 6,62,800 equity shares in lieu of 6,62,800 Convertible Warrants.
