Parekh Aluminex allots 790000 shares

Parekh Aluminex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, has allotted 7,90,000 Equity Shares on conversion of equal amount of Warrants issued during July 2007, to the warrant holders.
