Sujana Towers allots 25 Lakh equity shares

Sujana Towers Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on October 04, 2007 and the meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 31, 2008, the Company has allotted 25,00,000 equity shares to the Promoter Group conversion of 25,00,000 warrants out of 80,00,000 warrants, which were allotted by the Company on October 23, 2007 by way of preferential allotment.
