Sujana Metal allots 32 Lakh equity shares

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on December 31, 2007 and the meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 31, 2008, the Company has allotted 32,00,000 equity shares to the Promoter Group (against conversion of 32,00,000 warrants out of 6,05,00,000 warrants, which were allotted by the Company on January 28, 2008 by way of preferential allotment).
