Arvind Mills allots 96 Lakhs Equity Shares

Arvind Mills Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 28, 2008 has allotted 96,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 52/- per Share to Aura Securities Pvt Ltd (Promoter Group) on Preferential Allotment basis upon exercise of their right for conversion of 96,00,000 Warrants.
