Garware Wall allots 998000 equity shares

Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors viz. "Shareholders'/Investors' Grievances and Share Transfer Committee", at its meeting held on March 28, 2008, allotted 9,98,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, arising out of exercise of option for conversion into equity shares in respect of Convertible Warrants already allotted / issued to the Promoter entities on preferential basis.
