Heritage Foods allots 539500 shares at Rs 256

Heritage Foods India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2008, has allotted 5,39,500 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 256/- per share to Smt. N Bhuvaneswari, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company on preferential basis upon exercise of the right for conversion of 5,39,500 share warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.204, down by Rs.9.30 or 4.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.212 and low of Rs.204.

The total traded quantity was 2147 compared to 2 week average of 1849.
