Ram Ratna Wires allots 1530000 equity shares

Ram Ratna Wires Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2008, has allotted 15,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 44/- per share to promoter group members on preferential allotment basis in accordance with the resolution passed by the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 19, 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.50.05, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.50.50 and low of Rs.49.05.

The total traded quantity was 7425 compared to 2 week average of 13928.
