Cyber Tech Systems allots 1750000 equity shares

Cyber Tech Systems & Software Ltd has announced that the Company on March 28, 2008 has allotted 17,50,000 equity shares against the equity share warrants issued on preferential basis issued to the following persons on September 28, 2006.

Mr. Viswanath Tadimety was allotted 11,66,667 equity shares and Mr. Steven Jeske was allotted 5,83,333 shares.
