RPG Cables allots 1275000 equity shares

RPG Cables Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Shareholders / Investors' Grievance Committee of Directors held on March 28, 2008, 12,75,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- at each at a price Rs 46.30 per share have been allotted to KEC Holdings Ltd (Promoter Group) on preferential allotment basis upon exercise of their right for conversion of 12,75,000 warrants.
