Liberty Phosphate allots 550000 equity shares

Liberty Phosphate Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2008, has made allotment of 5,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each at the price of Rs 31.60 per share aggregating to Rs 1,73,80,000/-.

2,75,000 Equity Shares were allotted to Miss. Sumera Raoof Dhanani NRI (Promoter Group) and 2,75,000 shares to Miss. Sana Yusuf Dhanani NRI (Promoter Group).
