Simplex Infrastructures allots 200000 equity shares

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has announced that as per the terms of warrant certificate dated October 04, 2007, 55,00,000 warrants of Rs 401/- each issued to RBS Credit & Financial Developments Pvt Ltd (RBS). RBS vide letter dated March 26, 2008 requested to the Company to convert 200000 warrants of Rs 401/- each to Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, out of 55,00,000 warrants of Rs 401/- each. Company accordingly issued and allotted 200000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to RBS in the Board meeting held on March 27, 2008.
