Liberty Phosphate to consider allotment of 5.5 Lakh shares

Liberty Phosphate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2008 to consider the allotment of 5,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 21.60 per share on preferential basis before March 31, 2008.
