Premier to consider allotment of 1986674 shares

Premier Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve allotment of 19,86,674 equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants issued earlier to M/s. Doshi Holdings Pvt Ltd, one of the Promoters of the Company, on preferential basis.
