GTL Infrastructure allots 33741060 Equity Shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 24, 2008, has considered and approved allotment of 3,37,41,060 Equity Shares at a Conversion Price of Rs 40/- per share to Global Assets Holding Corporation Pvt Ltd., consequent to conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis.
