Control Print allots 125000 shares

Control Print India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2008, has made allotment of 1,25,000 (One lacs twenty five thousand) Equity Shares Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 53/- per share aggregating Rs 78.75 lacs fully paid-up as per the SEBI guidelines to the Promoter of the Company on preferential basis.
