Yash Papers converts 9 Lakh warrants

Yash Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2008, has converted 9,00,000 preferential warrants (40,00,000 preferential warrants were allotted to M/s. Sargam Exim Pvt Ltd on March 23, 2007, out of which 10,00,000 warrants are already converted into 10,00,000 equity Shares and are listed on BSE and UPSE) of Rs 11 each into 9,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 1 per equity Shares to M/s. Sargam Exim Pvt Ltd, an associate Company of Promoter Group.
