Gayatri Projects EGM approves allotment of 15 Lakh warrants

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 24, 2008, inter alia, have approved to Issue and allotment of not more than 15,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the Promoters of the Company on preferential basis.
