Ramkrishna Forgings allots 118000 warrants to promoter group

Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2008, has allotted 118000 warrants to M/s. Basuki Portfolio (P) Ltd., Promoter group which will be convened into 118000 Equity Shares at a price at Rs 215 per share.

The stock was trading at Rs.182.15, down by Rs.8.85 or 4.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.183.05 and low of Rs.182.15.

The total traded quantity was 1800 compared to 2 week average of 3281.
