Shiv Vani Oil allots 3548177 Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs

Shiv Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on March 19, 2008 has allotted 35,48,177 Equity Shares on conversion of FCCBs.

Barclays Capital Mauritius Ltd was allotted 3,37,921 shares as 2000 FCCBs were Converted.

Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) Ltd was allotted 1,68,960 shares as part of the conversion of 1000 FCCBs.

Deutsche Bank A G London was allotted 6,75,843 shares as 4000 FCCBs were converted.

ICICI Bank, Canada was allotted 23,65,453 shares as 14000b FCCBs were Converted.
