ISMT allots 2108627 equity shares

ISMT Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2008, have allotted 21,08,627 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each fully paid at a premium of Rs 42.50 per share to the warrantholders who had opted and applied for the Equity Shares and whose applications were found valid.

The stock was trading at Rs.52.25, down by Rs.0.65 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55 and low of Rs.52.15.

The total traded quantity was 30156 compared to 2 week average of 60057.
