Binani Industries allots warrants Convertible into Equity Shares

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company held on March 18, 2008, 50,00,000 Warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares at a price of Rs 253.15 per share has been allotted to M/s. K B Vyapar Pvt. Ltd, a Promoter entity.
