Precision Containeurs to consider allotment of 2 Lakh shares to IDBI

Precision Containeurs Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2008, to consider the allotment of 2.00 lacs Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to SASF (IDBI), on Preferential Issue basis, without receipt of cash there against.
