Binani Industries to consider allotment of 50 Lakh warrants

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held March 18, 2008 to consider and approve the allotment of 50,00,000 Warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares at a price of Rs 253.15 per share to M/s. K B Vyapar Pvt Ltd, a Promoter entity.
