Bartronics India to consider conversion of FCCBs

Bartronics India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the Conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) into Equity Shares of the Company.
