Ind Swift Laboratories to consider allotment of 25 Lakh warrants

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2008, to consider and approve Allotment of 25,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants (2008 Series) to Promoter Group Company and other Bodies Corporate at a price of Rs 70/- per warrant.
