Zen Technologies Board to approve allotment of shares, warrants

Zen Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 4,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and 8,00,000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each.
