Jubilant Organosys allots 1141912 shares on Conversion of FCCB's

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2008, has allotment of 11,41,912 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 272.0648 per share has been made to Copthall Mauritius Investments Ltd., and Swiss Finance Corp. (Mauritius) Ltd., on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 7.193 Million.
