Rishi Laser allots 670000 warrants at Rs 100

Rishi Laser Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 07, 2008, has allotted 6,70,000 convertible warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 90/- per warrant.
