Clarus Finance drops preferential issue proposal

Clarus Finance & Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2008, taking into account the stock and Financial Market situation into account decided to drop the plan of issue of shares on Preferential allotment basis.
