Rishi Laser to allot warrants at Rs 100

Rishi Laser Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 07, 2008 for allotment of 6,70,000 convertible warrants of Rs 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs 90/- per warrant.
