Radico Khaitan allots 5768276 equity shares

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on February 23, 2008 has allotted 57,68,276 (Fifty seven lacs sixty eight thousand two hundred seventy six only) equity shares of Rs 2/ each to the respective investors on conversion of Cumulative Compulsorily Preference Shares (CCPS) issued on August 24, 2006.
