Dolphin Medical allots 3225000 warrants

Dolphin Medical Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2008, has allotted 32,25,000 (Thirty Two lakhs twenty five thousand only) Convertible Share Warrants of Rs 10/- each, which will be converted into the same number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each within a period of 18 months.
