BOB to merge its housing subsidiary

Bank of Baroda (BOB) has announced that a Scheme of Merger of BOB Housing Finance Ltd (BOBHFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, with the Bank, has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank on July 06, 2006, which is subject to further approval / adoption / filing at the end of BOBHFL / the Bank as may be needed in due compliance of relevant laws / RBI´s directives in this regard.
