Goldstone Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2008, inter alia, has considered and allotted 3,44,828 Equity Shares of the Company, to Dr. Sreenivasa Rao Tripuraneni for the purpose of acquisition of M/s. 4G Informatics Ltd.
